Thanks for Dropping By!
My name is Dr. Kei (pronounced “K”) Graves, and I’m a passionate, authentic, and engaging leader with a human-centric approach to everything I do.
As an experienced educator, administrator, and consultant, I’ve spent over ten working in various educational environments with adult learners, young adults, and teens, ranging from higher education, non-profits, and community services. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Humanities with concentrations in visual art and media, a Doctorate of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in education, with a designated emphasis in social justice, and certificates in coaching, educational leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces.
As an independent scholar, facilitator, and coach, I specialize in providing meaningful professional development for adults across various industries, focusing on integrating liberatory practices through justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) work.
In addition to my work in JEDI, I’m also a seasoned educator in the humanities, student success and development, social justice, and education. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project I undertake, whether teaching undergraduates at colleges and universities nationwide or working with schools and organizations to address transformational change.
My passion for supporting and guiding individuals in their growth and development is matched only by my drive and dedication toward building stronger and more inclusive schools, organizations, and communities for us all.
If you’re looking for a reliable, data-driven, and results-oriented professional who cares about the people and communities they work with, look no further! Let’s connect and work together toward a brighter future for us all!
